We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and be especially mindful in the shared stairwell and entry area. Nothing may be left or stored between the parking spaces and the direct entrance to the condo, especially in or near the stairwell, as it must remain clear at all times for safety and accessibility. You’ll have 2 assigned parking spaces, and there is often overflow parking available next door on a first-come, first-served basis.
